These Terms of Sale govern the commercial relationship between Unisotel and its customers when booking accommodation through our platform.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all bookings made on the Unisotel website. By confirming a reservation, the customer agrees to these conditions.

2. Booking Process

Reservations are made through our online platform.
The customer must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
A confirmation email will be sent after payment validation.

3. Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable taxes.
Local tourist taxes may be charged on-site, depending on the hotel’s policy.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods are listed during the checkout process.
Transactions are secured via an encrypted payment gateway.

5. Cancellation and Modification

Cancellation and modification conditions vary by hotel and rate type.
Each booking includes a summary of applicable cancellation rules.
Some rates may be non-refundable.

6. Responsibilities of the Parties

Unisotel acts as an intermediary between the customer and the accommodation provider.
The hotel is responsible for the quality of the services offered.
Unisotel cannot be held liable for failures attributable to the hotel.

7. Complaints

Any complaint must be submitted within 15 days of the end of the stay.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond their control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters).

9. Modifications to the Terms

Unisotel reserves the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of booking.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Unisotel is registered.
