These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Unisotel website (the "Site"), accessible at https://www.unisotel.fr.

The Site is published by SAS HONPO, a simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with a share capital of EUR 52,800.00, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 521 436 238, whose registered office is located at 39 avenue Pierre 1er de Serbie, 75008 Paris (intra-Community VAT number FR08 521436238) — hereinafter "Unisotel" or "the Publisher". Unisotel is a commercial brand of the HONPO group.

By accessing the Site or using its services, you fully and unreservedly accept these Terms.

1. Purpose

These Terms define the conditions of access to and use of the Site, as well as the rights and obligations of users. They apply to every user of the Site, whether or not they hold a personal account.

Booking accommodation through the Site is additionally governed by the Terms of Sale available at https://www.unisotel.fr/en/cgv, which prevail over these Terms in all matters relating to bookings.

2. Access to the Site

Access to the Site is free of charge for any adult with Internet access. Internet access costs (equipment, connection) remain the responsibility of the user. Certain services, in particular booking management, require the creation of a personal account.

The Publisher endeavours to ensure continuous access to the Site, without however being bound by an obligation of result. Access may be suspended, limited or interrupted at any time, in particular for maintenance or updates.

3. Registration and user account

  • The user is responsible for the accuracy and updating of the information provided when creating their account.
  • The user undertakes to keep their login credentials confidential and remains responsible for any use of their account.
  • In the event of unauthorised use of their account, the user must inform the Publisher without delay at support@unisotel.com.
  • The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, after informing the user.

4. Services offered

The Site allows users to search for and book accommodation in hotels operated under the Unisotel brand, to manage their bookings from their personal account and to contact customer service. These services may evolve; substantial changes are brought to users' attention by any appropriate means.

5. User obligations

The user undertakes to:

  • Use the Site in compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
  • Not interfere with the proper technical functioning of the Site, nor attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems;
  • Not use the Site for fraudulent purposes, in particular when making bookings and payments;
  • Refrain from publishing any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive or infringes the rights of third parties, in particular in customer reviews.

6. Customer reviews

Reviews published on the Site come from customers who have made a booking on the Site. They are moderated before publication. The Publisher reserves the right to refuse or remove any review contrary to these Terms or to applicable regulations.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, trademarks, graphic elements, structure) is protected by intellectual property law and belongs to the HONPO group or is used under licence. Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited and may constitute infringement.

8. Liability

The Publisher uses reasonable means to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the Site. However, the Publisher shall not be held liable:

  • For any occasional error or omission in the information provided, subject to the rights the user derives from applicable regulations and from the Terms of Sale;
  • For any temporary interruption of the Site for maintenance or updates;
  • For any damage resulting from use of the Site that does not comply with these Terms.

Liability conditions relating to accommodation services booked through the Site are governed by the Terms of Sale.

9. Personal data and cookies

Personal data collected via the Site is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy.

10. Amendments

The Publisher reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the day the Site is used; the date of the last update appears at the top of this document. Users are invited to consult this page regularly.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute relating to the use of the Site, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction under the conditions provided for by the applicable legal provisions. Consumer users may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence under the conditions provided for by the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation) and the French Code of Civil Procedure (Code de procédure civile).
